As co-founder of R-Evolution and consultant for Finding Your Well, Marcus Ade'shima creates curricula for cultivating restorative environments for Beloved Community. Through his RePAIR (Restoring Personal/Professional Accountability In Relationships) Model, he works with his wife, Cardum Penn, on local, national and international endeavors.
